Delivering a continuous flow of value to the customer is one of the defining characteristics of a Lean-Agile organization. But flow is not easy to achieve, many impediments occur along the way. As with most changes, coaching the enterprise to the new way of working is required. This requires people knowledgeable in flow who can coach individuals, teams, teams of agile teams, and leaders. This talk describes the thinking and real world examples how to accelerate flow.
