Here’s how it works:

4. Prototyping and Testing: Pick the most promising ideas and create simple prototypes. These could be sketches, mock-ups, or even role-playing scenarios. Test them out with real users to see what works and what needs tweaking.
5. Iteration: Design thinking is like a loop. You keep refining your ideas based on feedback. It’s okay if things don’t work perfectly at first; just learn, adjust, and try again.

Lean Startup is an approach that emphasizes learning and collaboration with customers and stakeholders to explore problem spaces and product development. When connected with Scrum, it provides a blueprint for managing risk and delivering value. Rather than launching a business with all features at once, Lean Startup encourages startups to deliver a minimum viable product (MVP) to prove the business’s worth. It aligns with the principles of complex adaptive systems, emphasizing continuous innovation without burnout.
