A Step-By-Step Guide To HRD Corp (HRDC) Skim Bantuan Latihan-Khas (SBL-Khas) Grant Application
This guide will walk you through step-by-step to apply the HRD Corp Skim Bantuan Latihan-Khas (SBL-Khas), commonly known as HRDF or HRD Fund.
- Employers are required to apply for the grant at least fourteen (14) days before training commences.
- Employers must submit their applications with supporting documents, including invoices/quotations, trainer profiles, training schedule and course content.
Steps-by-Steps
- Login to Employer’s e-TRiS account
- Click "Application".
- Choose a Scheme Code and
select HRD Corp Claimable Courses: Skim Bantuan Latihan Khas.
Then, click Apply.
- Select a Training Provider.
Key in LLP0025819LGN in MYCoID and press "Search".
After that, you will see the training provider information.
- For "Type of Training", choose Public or Remote Online Training.
For the external trainers' name, please write Soo Chee Keong and press "Search".
The remaining trainer details will appear.
Please complete the course details by referring to the details below.

Then, click on Add/Edit Trainee to fill in the trainee's details. Then click Save.

The application status will be updated via the employer’s dashboard, email, and the e-TRiS inbox.
It will take at least 5 working days for the Grant Officer to evaluate and approve.
